Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is due upon signing the rental agreement.
A $150 refundable cleaning deposit is required for the assembly hall, chapel, and fellowship hall.
Due at signing: $150 + 50% of the rental cost.
A $50 refundable cleaning deposit is required for the parlor and meeting rooms.
Due at signing: $50 + 50% of the rental cost.
Balance is due the day before your event.
Cancellations must be requested 30 days before the event date to receive a refund.
If a reservation is made less than 30 days before your event, you have 48 hours to cancel. After 48 hours, your deposit is non-refundable.
Additional time for all spaces is issued in hour increments for $50/hour
There is a $100 fee to gain access to the space prior to the day of the event.
